In this episode, I will tell you why you shouldn’t wait until you are sick to rest! It’s easy to put yourself last on the list when tending to everyone else's needs. But let me share a secret, you’re never going to find the time. You have to make time. 

I’ve learned a valuable lesson about scheduling time for myself. When I got Covid I realized I was happy about it because I got to sleep for two days. This thinking is a problem! Being sick shouldn’t be the only time you get to rest. 

Creating five minutes for myself has helped me set up my days better and makes me have time to myself.
